Health

⦁ Do you have any unhealthy habits?

I try to limit my unhealthy habits, but I do occasionally indulge in sugary snacks when I'm stressed. I'm aware that this isn't the best for my health, so I'm making an effort to find healthier ways to manage stress.

⦁ In what ways do you try to stay healthy?

I focus on maintaining a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I also make sure to exercise regularly, aiming for at least 30 minutes of activity most days of the week. Getting enough sleep and staying hydrated are other important parts of my healthy lifestyle.

⦁ Is it easy to keep fit where you live?

Yes, it's quite easy for me to stay fit where I live. There are several gyms and fitness studios within walking distance, and the city has a great network of bike lanes and walking trails. The mild climate also makes it pleasant to exercise outdoors year-round.

⦁ What do you think is more important, eating healthily or doing exercise?

In my opinion, both eating a healthy diet and regular exercise are crucial for overall health and wellbeing. A balanced approach that incorporates nutritious foods and physical activity is ideal. Focusing on one without the other is unlikely to produce the best results.

⦁ Have you ever had any habits which you consider to be unhealthy?

In the past, I used to skip breakfast regularly, which I now realize was an unhealthy habit. Not fueling my body in the morning would often lead to overeating later in the day. I've since made breakfast a priority and find that it helps me maintain more consistent energy levels and make better food choices throughout the day.

⦁ Do you think more about your health now than when you were younger?

Definitely. As I've gotten older, I've become more aware of the importance of maintaining good health. When I was younger, I didn't always prioritize healthy habits. But now, I'm more proactive about getting regular checkups, managing stress, and making lifestyle choices that support my long-term wellbeing. I know that the decisions I make today can have a big impact on my health in the years to come.
